A graduate of Kiel University, Kristina Drissner is admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in Germany (Rechtsanwältin). Her areas of expertise include Banking and Capital Market Law. She advises on a variety of banking issues and represents private and institutional investors in public funds and private placements (in particular maritime and real estate investments). As a specialty lawyer for Banking and Capital Market Law she has tried numerous court cases with great success, obtaining substantial claim verdicts for her clients.

In addition, Attorney Drissner acts both as counsel and litigator in the field of commercial tenancy/rent law, from negotiation and drafting of rental agreements and leases to their termination, including the handling of evictions, pursuing payment cases and enforcement proceedings.
